What this site collects, and what it doesn't

Who we are

What we don't do

• This site doesn't record your screen, your mouse movements or what you type (no session replay).
• This site carries no advertising pixels.

What we collect, and why

• Feedback form: your answers, plus your name and email if you give them, so we can read the feedback and reply. They're stored in our database (Supabase). While you fill the form in, your answers are also kept in your own browser so you don't lose them; they're removed from it when you submit.
• Email news: if you tick the box to hear from us, your email, name and language go to our email service (Klaviyo). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Page views, only for people who already gave us their email (you arrived from one of our emails, or you signed up): Klaviyo's script records the pages and products you view, and sets a cookie to do it. Visitors Klaviyo can't identify aren't recorded. It doesn't run on the feedback form.
• Orders: your payment and delivery details are handled on Shopify's checkout.
• Running the site: nutroko.com is served by Vercel, whose servers keep standard request logs (IP address, browser type) for security and operation. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

Where it's kept, and who receives it

The services above (Supabase, Klaviyo, Shopify, Vercel and Google) may handle information on servers outside Japan, for example in the United States. We share information with them only for the purposes above, and with no one else.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time from the link in each one. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email teamnutroko@gmail.com and we'll deal with it without delay.

If any of this changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
